Heart Trac is web-based, so there’s no software or hardware to buy and information is easy to update. You can review records, enter data in monthly logs, reorder supplies, and more. And your AED equipment records are tied into our e-commerce site, allowing for quick and convenient purchases. You’ll also receive e-mail reminders about expirations of consumable products like Pad-Pak cartridges and the timing of scheduled maintenance.

Should a Sudden Cardiac Arrest (SCA) event occur, the used Pad-Pak is replaced at no charge, when event data is transmitted to HeartSine within 72 hours. A dedicated Medical Director will analyze all data and report on performance.
