Volksbank AG’s Althengstett branch has received a lifesaving HeartSine® samaritan® PAD defibrillator from members of the Althengstett Seniors Council. The defibrillator was installed in the bank’s foyer and is easily accessible to the public 24 hours a day. The branch will maintain the device, and training will be provided by paramedic Benjamin Talmon l’Armée.

Mayor Clemens Götz was very pleased with the news and thanked Branch Director Michael Mücke and members of the Seniors Council for their strong commitment. This is the second public defibrillator to be installed in Althengstett. The other is located near the indoor pool at the Gerhard-Schanz sports center.
